Alana Salcer
Design Director
Alana is a born and bred New Yorker who hails from a family of designers. Shaped by the city of her youth and all it has to offer, Alana has hobnobbed with cultural icons from Milton Glaser to A Tribe Called Quest and fondly recalls her days dancing alongside her middle school classmates Alicia Keys and Claire Danes at the Professional Performing Arts School in Manhattan.
Alana brings over 20 years of experience at the forefront of design. She has worked with a wide variety of purpose-led organizations and currently teaches motion graphics and graphic design to hundreds of undergrad college students at CUNY, her alma mater. When she’s not busy on the tools, Alana’s in her ceramic studio getting her hands dirty and working on her organically inspired clay creations, Alana Lauren Ceramics.
